Also Yoshikawa Kittyom, a male comedian who likes manga and helped with the Setagaya event in question, has said that the attitude of M-Yama (the Setagaya official in question who was in charge of the manga-related cultural event) was terrible. So official M-Yama may be a person whose attitude also toward men is bad.

I'm not sure why, but the article is very confusing to read for some reason.
