I believe that's supposed to be Gunvolt, based off the action/platformer by IntiCreates, which is listed on her Encyclopedia page.

My mind was actually blown to discover that fact, as what little I know of her music is enough to convince me that she'd be a great dub voice for Morpho, excuse me, "Lumen." Also, Dragon Marked for Death is another IntiCreates property, so it already sounds to me like Ippo Yamada likes her, and that should be all the endorsement anyone needs.

Time for me to dig a little deeper into her music.
