I'm just surprised that Hello Kitty even showed up in "Crayon Shin-chan." Here she is,an incredibly cute kitty or whatever the creators of this say she is and Shin,who is anything but. I don't know. They're turning Hello Kitty into the Japanese version of "Where's Waldo." You just never know where she's going to show up next.

Kitty is getting around these days. I nearly fell out of my chair when she appeared on Shinya! Tensai Bakabon last year. Maybe she'll show up in an episode of Aggretsuko some time soon.

Well,yuna49. That would be a Hello Kitty crossover that wouldn't surprise me. Sanrio does "Aggretsuko" so something like that might be possible. You never know. It might happen.

Yes, I know they're both Sanrio characters, but Kitty and Retsuko are marketed, I suspect, toward very different audiences. Sanrio has generally also held a pretty short leash on where their characters appear. That's why I found Kitty's cameo appearance on Bakabon so surprising.
I want to see Kitty join Retsuko in the karaoke bar and scream her lungs out.
