It's actually quite surprising this is getting an English dub unlike other games based on anime series like Sword Art Online or Attack on Titan.

Really an English dub VN? Has this been done before? Cause most VNs are just translated and put into the marketplace to purchase.

I think I might just have to buy this eventually since they are going the extra mile.

It's not a straight-up visual novel because there are some playable "action" sequences, from what I've read, so it's in-line with stuff like the Conception games (that Spike Chunsoft also dubbed).

I recall there was a kickstarter to dub Umineko, but I don't think that actually went anywhere.

What I found interesting was that Tony Oliver is voice directing it instead of Chris Cason, who worked on the anime.

Cason talked about that earlier, he was too busy directing the dub for S2 to do both it and the game at the same time.

The Switch is usually my go to place for visual novels, but if this is also an action game, I may have to go with PS4 to ensure it runs better. Any details on what the action sequences are like?
