Remember when Oshii screened a completed, finished movie to an audience at a live convention event, and whatever publishing company owns the movie has let to even announce what it is yet alone release it? And it's been years since that happened?
Basically I feel really bad for Oshii that he has to work on advertisements in order to be allowed to release anything.
