That's a pretty strong staff and casting for the two leads.

Seriously, how inept is that hospital. I know it's manga logic but damn would I be suing them over that.

Imagine doing the gender reveal party, then you bring the child back and you're just like "well I guess we were wrong?"

It's the author's trademark kind of gag.

Well that's... somewhat different from the standard "technically not incest" setup, I suppose. And they combined it with arranged marriage, somehow. His parents have a pretty strange concept of convenience.

Well, it still traditional to marry INTO the family of your husband (sometimes wife), so it's not that far-fetched...

And they ran it and other recurring gags into the ground with Yamada-kun (in the manga, anyway). Hopefully this series won't drag on as unnecessarily.

Sound anime logic, I see.

This was clearly coming, given how strong the manga's debut has been, but I'm still surprised the announcement came just over a year in.

One aspect of the manga that I really like: the relationship that develops between Erika and her newly discovered biological sister, Nagi's adopted sister. There's a cute moment in volume 2 where they're both deeply flattered to be told how alike they are. Smile

One aspect of the manga I and many other readers don't like: spoiler[the fact that said sister is part of the harem. Mind you, I personally think you could play with this in interesting ways, like not understanding her own feelings well enough to realize she's no more sexually or romantically attracted to him than she was before and the real issue is her anxiety and uncertainty about what the nature of their relationship is now, or will be if he comes to spend more time with another girl than with the Umino family.]

Yeah, but normally the family-in-law is not also your family-in-blood.

And from the above spoiler, spoiler[it's also a harem and includes the standard "technically not incest" deal as a side plot.] Really going for Anime Romance Bingo with this one.

Also brunette was raised by blonde family and vice versa.
I am not saying it's impossible (I've studied biology, mom), but I would have asked few questions if I was their fathers.
