they might have donated some money to the horse owners behind the scene and nobody even knows it, not even you if they chose the kept silent about it

Sure they could have, but no company would donate and skip the positive PR, even more so when it's tied directly to their branding.

do you even check the links that the other guy quoted you?

i wont accept a weaksauce reason if you say that you cant read moonrunes so you didn't check the article

they dont want to boast about it, i can see why and it's not about the PR

Looking at them though, the only donations mentioned are from the anime, not the game. So my point still stands. Even if they didn't care about PR (ha!) then you'd still expect it to come up elsewhere.

Edit: Looking at the comments on the second page, it seems that at least in 2018, cygames put out a press release (which is PR btw), that they donated to related organizations. Hopefully, they've continued to do so.
