I was already watching because of Okada and the Maquia animation team, but the fact that the girl lures the boy by showing her pantsu to him and that it ends with zetsubou just adds to it.

The marketing could be intentionally misleading. Everyone thought Maquia was going to be a romance before the actual plot was revealed to be about motherhood. So for all we know, this new movie could be doing the same thing; withholding actual info about the plot for the sake of generating interest. |

Looks like a sekai-kei story a la A Place Promised in Our Early Days and Voices of a Distant Star, where there are world shattering events going on in the background, but that's not what the story is about. |
