I just started getting into this show recently. It's a good show. I hope this is a second season, and nothing else.

Glad this is getting a new anime project. Hopefully it will be a second season. The cliff-hanger ending will be nuts though if the second season ends in volume 6 of the light novel.
I can actually relate to the main character except the "expert gamer" status. |

Anyways, this is a pleasant surprise. There were rumblings about it not getting future seasons because Blu-Ray sales were poor but I guess this is further proof that Blu-Ray sales are no longer a valid metric for success |

No actually. It's moreso about the main guy taking steps to genuinely improve himself in his appearance, social standing, speaking skills etc with the tutelage of the main girl but they don't get romantically involved and he even goes on a date with a different girl entirely. |

Nah, I'm 90% sure they'll try to get to vol 7 with the next season ,they almost mever leave these sort of shows in a cliffhanger ending like that. |

Nice, I was hoping this would happen. The first season was good, but didn't quite feel like it came to a natural stopping point.

If they intend to do a third season then i wouldn't mind the second one stopping at vol. 6, otherwise ending the anime at this cliffhanger would be heart-wrenching. Anyway, i was hoping for this announcement

I don't recall those karaoke scenes before, so I bet this is an OVA about Tomozaki's part-time job. Hopefully it's meant to bridge the gap to a soon-to-be-announced second season.

Did not expect this! Certainly deserves this, it was one of my favorites from last year. If it's the standard 12 season cour, it would probably end after vol. 6, with vol 6.5 as a couple of OVAs. Any more, and I think it would be too rushed.
