That's a typo. They did not release it on PS4 in the west. This complete version is the first time Disgaea 6 is coming to ps4 outside of jpn.

HORRAY!!! I just got a PS4; this is so cool 
I love the Disgaea franchise. Bought every single art book ♥ I was very bad at playing the games...but hopefully my 'training' with BoTW and Genshin Impact has sharpened my skills a little.

^ I wonder if that is a comedy routine.
Its gotten to a point where I just dont buy new release Disgaea. Because there is always a complete version with all the dlc in a year or two. And given how long you can play those games a few years is acceptable.

With NA just getting the switch release, I figured it was just a matter of time till the PS4 version came over. Nice to see that it's also the inevitable Complete version as well

I guess it just comes with the territory for these types of games these days...
