So, was their a prior dub for this? Or do they mean new, as in it now has a dub.

I had the chance to see Look Back in theaters with the English sub and it was fantastic. I’m looking forward to watching it with the English dub.

The latter. There was no English dub when GKIDS screened it in U.S. theatres so that got a lot of people speculating about it.
