I'll just say this, for all the issues this adaptation has, one thing that disappointed me with season 3 was them going back to using songs already used in season 2, some of these more than once, so here's hoping there's less of that for this finale.

Hoping and praying it's this year but I'll happily take a final regardless of how long it takes. Rare to get a full adaptation these days.

Once again, having Crunchyroll as part of the production committee increases a series' chances of getting a full adaptation. There are 81 chapters left to cover, but this show tends to pick up the pace during the racing parts, so 13 more episodes should be enough.

Agree, but I don't mind if they want to dip into the Initial D back catalogue a bit more!

Not just a full adaptation, but a pretty quick one. Buzz around sequel seasons seems to be almost non-existent when a new season arrives like five years later. I get that there are a lot of reasons why that happens, but it would be nice if production committees were better at, well, committing, to something.

That's fine with me, I'm probably forgetting some but season 2 having Eurohero (Battle Stage 3) gave a bit of hope that certain other songs would be used and then came Rage Your Dream (First Stage) in season 3 which was cool and also fitting for that episode.

It's unfortunate that I can't see this series' title without imagining a horror comedy where someone at some point says "It's a M*****F****** GHOST!"
