Another case of "art imitating life" alongside, Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You, Spike and Faye, etc. Someone claimed modern anime result from throwing darts at a board with various "popular/cool" elements and build form what they hit, this one seems to support (cat video)+(cute girl)+(cool smoker)= anime...

This reminded me of that social media post about NSFW catgirls and it's just one doing mildly unsafe things in a workplace.
