I encoutered the following two names :
Hiroyuki Saitou (#11289)
Hiroyuki Saitoh (#18438)
I think they are supposed to be the same person.
On top of that, regular inputs in ANN usually write the name as Saito, which is also the writing I saw.
For reasons of consistency, I suggest both names are renamed to Hiroyuki Saito.
