The Full Metal Panic! novels do not appear in the index for addition to any list in 'My Manga'. They can only be added to 'My Collection' by creating manual entries as a manga and they cannot be added to 'Read All'. There are links for each volume on the encyclopedia page for the anime, but when the 'Add to Collection' button is used the novels are added to 'My Anime', rather than 'My Manga'. The anime page seems to be the only place where links for the novels exist.

That's because there is no entry for the light novels (it's currently awaiting approval), though someone has added them as releases to the anime's entry.

Done, but those old greenlinks would take some time to relocate.
For the record: while reading this thread and playing with FMP! franchise, I noticed this title: Full Metal Panic! The Anime Mission, which was not supposed to have an independent entry from the beginning. Neither deleting nor recycling is possible, for as many as 124 users have listed it in their MyManga.
