Nope. To Heart ~Remember My Memories~ happens after the original To Heart series. Hiroyuki and Akari are now seniors in the latter.

Well, the art's changed in the second season, but things get a little steamier this time 'round as a "love triangle" surfaces. A must watch for To Heart fans.
