They showed this on Showtime when I was a kid; it's a loose adaptation of the folk tale, in which the giant kidnaps a cute girl and tries to force her to marry him, and Jack has to rescue her. There's a creepy forced-marriage scene with a ghost choir. It was the BIZ-OMB when I was 9. Now it ain't available. Darn.
