How to credit Anime on Demand

Should the "internet streaming" credit go to "Anime on Demand" or to the actual licencee (i.e. Tiger and Bunny is "Courtesy of: Kaze")?
In the case of Kaze we would have to create a new company (e.g. "Kaze UK") since Tiger and Bunny is already credited to them for the French simulcast.

Since Hulu is credited with Internet Streaming for Viz titles, I guess it would make sense to credit Anime on Demand with Internet Streaming for Kaze titles.
