Never heard of it, but when I look at the eyes in that splash animation I immediately think Vandread.

You know whats interesting about Vandread, is that it'll be airing on Encore Wam again beginning in October, along with Gokusen.

For a general idea, use google and search for the website. I wouldn't count on the accuracy of the translation, but it's at least in english.
