Can anyone name me, any japan anime sites where there are many anime fans giving votes on anime titles and the site, having their own anime ranking systems like - animenewsnetwork.com (top 10-top50), animenfo (top 200).. anidb.info (top 10)

I don't see a point in adhering to your request. Simply listing sites that have user-ranked anime has no point since you didn't even bother to tell us why your requesting such sites in the first place..
