It's still Beats by Dre, but Apple owns them. They're a division of Apple Inc, but their brand is (for now) retained as-is.

As Mirri said, Apple may own Beats, but it still Beats by Dre.

I don't really know how good Beats actually is when it comes to sound quality, but the design looks neat. Hello Kitty fans will be pleased with this.

They use the same drivers as $50-100 gaming headsets.

The design on these definitely is beautiful. I wish the sound was worthy of the price tag, though!
