Yeah, Toei has a set of staff that can animate 3d cg characters flawlessly at this point.
As for the show itself, who knows @@.

Sunrise's CG has improved so much over these past few years that they are better at it than Toei - see Aikatsu -, at least as for as visuals go, not sure how the motion reflect reality compared.
But Toei is still a close second.
