The art looks like it came from GochiUsa, even the main girl resembles Cocoa. Anyway, this is looking to be a fun SoL anime. Picked up.

If you read that What is a Fujoshi? article by Lauren, I think it's a lot of the same things. A guy being present could pose a potential threat to both a girl's purity and her availability. And the greater focus on female to female relationships is both arousing,(especially if they happen to touch each other at some point!) and more pure than if a girl was going to be with a guy, to a lot of fans. This idea of an idyllic world populated entirely by adorable girls is also appealing to some people, in a way. It's this stress free moe haven. Imagine if you, as a guy, could just enter that world for 20 minutes! If there was another guy there, it would seriously ruin the fantasy. |

IMO adding a male lead to a show like this would just give it a harem feel. Just think about it a male lead would of ruined shows like Kon or three leaves three colors. |
