I would LOVE to be a fly on the wall just watching the audience as Innocence screens.
I love it, as GITS is one of my absolute favorite franchises, but I feel like it could get some interesting responses from the uninitiated. Hopefully one of the 20 anime films is the original film, at least. |

^I actually saw Innocence during its original theatrical run in the States and my friend and I were the only people in the theater.
I remember reading a pretty negative review in the LA Times prior to watching it also.
I really liked it though, so hopefully I can catch it on the big screen again. It's very beautiful to look at even if you find the story lacking. |
