Good. They were blatantly using Nintendo's IP to make extra profit. That's literally the whole reason IP laws exist.

I still see them renting out the costumes so I am all in favor of the IP high court ruling against these public menaces!

Why would you even attempt to trademark "unrelated to Nintendo"? Sort of defeats the purpose of what a TM is...
It is obvious they still want their cart company to be as closely infringing on Nintendo properties as they can get. They should have just completely changed their name; I would love to know what goes through peoples heads sometimes. I think they would still be plenty successful as a joyriding cart company without attempting to infringe other peoples work.

This is probably why the Super Smash Bros. changed their names when they went to AEW.
