I'm very excited as I love the PW series but didn't PW3 end on the Dressrosa Arc? So that's like 3-4 new levels in PW4 unless they include Wano and the new movies

Only ever played the first one all those years ago. Do the newer ones include the full story from the previous ones or just summaries and only has the story for the newest arcs?

IIRC, the first and third one followed the story with some repeated story arcs between the two. The 2nd was an original story (and the worst of the 3 imo).
