It's still Keiji Fujiwara voice in the game, if you talking about Haku - it was recorded before he passed away. Aquaplus tweeted about it in first day.

OMG I really hope this gets an english release, I loved Dokapon Kingdom, it's such a good game for ruining friendships (had one friend who rage quit ever playing the game again because he got the -999 HP on a roulette spin... or was it -9999? It was overkill, that's the important part). Having Utawarerumono characters just makes it extra cute.
