Mr Simpson, this is the most blatant case of false advertising since my suit against the film The Never Ending Story.

I'd be very surprised if it wasn't followed up by a manga bonus OVA to ship with the last volume of the manga, considering both of the previous series also got manga bonus OVA's (technically not part of the TV series, I know, but they had the exact same opening and ending sequences as the TV seasons they each followed).
