Anyone know the realease date of vol 8?

I'd guess at the end of the year. It was an insanely long wait between volume 6 and 7 and after all, it's VIZ we're talking about here...

It is not Viz, it is Sadamoto who is taking along time. Even in Japan it takes a year for them to have enough pages to make one volume!!! What is scary is that he wanted to have 13 volumes!

I got vol. 7 in japanese waaaaaay before VIZ released it in english so it isn't just Sadamoto who is slow ;-)
But a single chapter a month (in the japanese Shounen Ace Anthology) means at least six months between each volume. (_//=^_^=\\_) Mreow |

Perhaps, but I think Viz did not get the rights to the manga until vol 2 (might be 3) came out in Japan. But pretty much 1 vol a year from Sadamoto.. ah well
