At first I thought this means Nintendo is making new anime, but after doing some research I discovered that Nintendo only publishes the game outside of Japan, still it feels weird seeing a fitness game having an animated adaptation. But seriously, Nintendo should adapt some of their games like Splatoon into an anime

Not everything friend. There is a lot of restriction nowadays for content creation. Unfortunately or fortunately, the Japanese are imitating Westerners in this.
