Is it still the same studio cause uh
S3 wasnt the awful cg of the original seasons but the studio was *not great*
Sad to see one of the biggest shounens in Japan by sales constantly get hit with the low budget poor quality anime stick which has resulted in it gaining 0 traction in the west.

Since it's coming out next year I assume the studio will be the same, but since Studio Signpost is a subsidiary of Pierrot, the quality is more dependant on the staff (feel free to correct me, I'm not 100% sure how production works)

This is correct, the staff and time are the key factors that make or break a production. S3 actually benefited from the delay due the the pandemic a lot.
