I’m really disappointed Viz didn’t simulpub this, or even announce plans to license the finished books. They have the novels already, it makes no sense not to capitalize on the franchise and have a simultaneous release in English for the manga.

Viz will likely announce the license of this and the two new One Piece novels Law and Heroines, respectively for a 2H22 release, probably either NYCC 2021 or Animecon 2021. Though yeah boggles my mind as to why they didn't want to do a simulpub on this, yet they did it for Sanji Food Wars

Let's hope they do! It's sad to see so many spin-offs being skipped for licenses. Really would expect them to at least bet on this cash cow. I really enjoyed the Chibi Sasuke’s Sharingan Legend gag manga spin-off. The Saikyo jump is full of that kind of spin-offs, wish we got to see more of them in English. But this is a proper spin-off that isn't even a gag manga, so I was really surprised at Viz not jumping at the chance to release more One Piece stuff.

It's a shame that the manga adaptation is so short, but then again, the novels themselves are pretty short so it wouldn't take much to adapt them. Really hoping on viz translating the Law novel.
