The doctor's name is meant to be Hedo, as in a word for vomit (like with Gero). Not sure who thought to change it to "Head" here.

Funny how Miyu was in Super Dragon Ball Heroes and now he is in Dragon Ball Super Super Hero (or as I call it, DB Redundant Hero). You can't make this stuff up. Ota returns from DBS.

This would probably mean toning down a lot of the first part's content so I too doubt it.
