Hahaha yeah same! I was racking my brain trying to figure out the reference. Too be fair I read volume 13 too long ago to get the reference without looking it up in the end.

LOL don't worry! I see the same thing!  Maybe they should just not use the anchor in the sign, and be consistent with it.
