So if they aren't changing the headmaster's name this time, are we getting a new dub instead of the original dub? Or maybe just new lines from the same cast?

Shame there was no PC version but it still might happen, NISA did surprise PC announcements before. IMO the only way we see Vanillware's games on PC is for them to start with remastered version of old their old game to test the market.
