I haven't watched the anime yet, is a complete adaptation? If it isn't, which chapter does it end on?

No, the anime covers very few arcs. I wish it did though. I know the anime adaptation was not perfect, but it was good. But this series is more suited for live action for once. And I don't think we will get more anime even if we get more live action.

No, the anime is absolutely not a complete adaptation. The anime is only 10 episodes and the manga is complete at 19 volumes.. Per the interwebs, the anime ends somewhere in vol. 4.
I do hope that changes soon, though! The manga is one of my all-time favorites so I'd love to see a second season (or more)!
