My question....will there be bachelors/bachelorettes and will the male/female leads be able to romance each other?
Also was there any particular reason they had Sora Amamiya as the MC?

Is it really Rune Factory if it's not a farm sim? I didn't know the Rune Factory name was really that big they felt it would help sell this game.

I would imagine so with the bachelors/bachelorettes. Leads romancing each other I don’t know, I think that only happened in one game.

Tides of Destiny/Oceans was the only game, yes, but that's also the only game where both protagonists existed at the same time. Typically, its one or the other; its rare for both to exist at the same time.
