It's funny how we have yet another Shojo romance with a redhead female protagonist back-to-back (though the production values look a lot better here compared to the Gorilla God's Go-To-Girl).
Prince Ryohei Kimura! Maid Yoko Hikasa! Teasing MILF Sayaka Ohara! Feel-Good romance! You can't beat that!

funny enough when I first read the title I thought they meant the male main character is Betrothed to his sister ex-girlfriend
