At the core, I like the idea of NOVELOUS, for works that are too niche or too obscure to ever get a proper western license, or for works or themes that are too controversial otherwise(for example, Redo of Healer was offered to western publishers but was rejected).

But alas, the app being region-blocked to North America makes it a total no-show. And their library seems awfully small from what I could see when checking out.

..if it's region-blocked in the same manner, that defeats its very purpose. I do, but not everyone has a vpn to fiddle around with..

I was disappointed when I discovered the app was region-locked. From the sample chapters I've read, I thought the translations were pretty decent.

Here I thought we were gonna get another JNC.
