So I take it this means we're going to see a remastered ports of all 3 Toshinden games coming out to Xbox (One and Series X/S), Playstation (4 and 5, I assume), and probably Switch 1 & 2 if I'm making that correct assumption.

Edia doesn't do "remasters", per se, but rather they do emulated releases. At the very least, though, I imagine that they'll be retranslating all three games from scratch, like they did for their other similar releases (Valis, Cosmic Fantasy), hence why only the Japanese versions have been confirmed. To be fair, though, Toshinden 3's international release was eventually discovered to be utterly busted due to it changing blocking so that you only ever had to hold back to block, regardless of whether the attack was high or low.
Ideally, I would love to see Toshinden 2 altered so that the music didn't reset after every round, since Toshinden 2's score is seriously one of the greatest soundtracks in fighting game history, but it's nigh impossible to really enjoy it in-game due to how fast rounds can go by. Also, a version of Toshinden 3 that combined the 60 fps mode's performance with the properly textured environments of the default 30 fps mode would be amazing, but I don't really expect either to happen here.
Still, I'm just glad these games are getting a modern release, in general.

I don't think any of their prior collections have come to Xbox, so I'm not expecting it. I'll grad it on Switch though.

Well, this one could be different given that the US/North American gaming market is much larger then Japan. So how do we know they won't make an exception for this collection? Some Japanese games that never had a Xbox release previously are often getting Xbox release today. So you never know for this collection.
