For those of you that aren't familiar with Virginia Nitōhei, she also worked on 2 OEL manga for Manga Classics which ANN seemed to forgot to mention. She worked on Dracula and The Stories of Edgar Allen Poe OEL manga for Manga Classics. She's one of the few Japanese artists/mangaka to worked on both Japanese and OEL manga.
Also before you asked: yes, I've read her Dracula OEL manga (I'm currently re-reading it as of this post), and I was impressed by her artwork. I haven't read the Stories of Edgar Allen Poe OEL from her, but I wanted to check it out though. So good luck to her for this manga. |
