I love how the Villainess genre has come so far that we've got a story about a girl reincarnated into her fanfic that's clearly every romance fantasy/Shojo/Otome game trope thrown into it because a teen girl was devouring that stuff at her age. She's even got beast sexual assault smut thrown in there!
She didn't even get as lucky as other Villainess' who were reincarnated before they did all the bad stuff they were supposed to do...she came in right in time to get arrested and thrown into the slammer!
Also it's just hilarious to me that her self-insert protagonist wasn't just the most pure-hearted, beloved, Heroine but she also had the biggest boobs.
Imagine your main love interest being the character who assassinated you in the original story and who you're constantly in fear of still killing you because you have no idea the assassination order has been rescinded and his current fascination with you is because he's developed feelings.
Sol is basically the result of creating a 2-Dimensional antagonist who now has to fit into a story in a way he was not designed to be.

I really loved the looks of the technicolor swords in the recent episode. They reminded me of that iridescent metal that has a different look depending on the light. I'd buy that blue/green one in real life...

I love how this work is the sum total of our Heroine's devouring of Shojo, smut, Yuri, BL, and pretty much anything else a teenage girl could consume at that age.
All the men are either in love with Konoha or evil (or gay), all the women are either in love with Konoha or evil.
Konoha constantly wears outfits that shows off her boobs. Even the Duchess wears a really revealing outfit.
The first 3-Dimensional female character we've actually met is one OG!Konoha never made. Who better to become Iana's gal pal?

And while them being sisters makes this very uncomfortable, I definitely get the same vibes from her with Konoha

Since it came up, I did find it funny that Iana mentioned that the setting she made up was very chaste earlier in the series, but then Konoha was always in such revealing outfits
I can understand why Iana wanted to lie to Sol, but you'd think she'd tell the truth to the inspector. Obviously lying about when she found the earing is going to come back to bite her

Honestly, I don't understand why she lied to Sol OR the inspector about the earring. She had a perfectly reasonable (and true!) explanation for not returning it - that she HAD been looking for Menoa so she could return it, but when she got wine dumped on her and had to deal with Menoa's sister, she forgot. I guess it just ties in with Iana not being very bright.

Considering both her reputation and being a suspect, it actually makes sense why she would lie about it. It might backfire on her later, but no one would believe her except Konoha and Ginoford, maybe Sol being likely by now as well (though she still thinks he's waiting for any opportunity to kill her), while Cheneau would certainly assume it was just part of a plot of hers.

I love how we have a psychotic lesbian sex dungeon, outfits that run on Rule of Cool instead of how they could realistically be put on by the person wearing them, and our female lead wearing really fancy underwear...all because it suited the tastes of the horny and deranged BL/Otome/Yuri/Smut fangirl who wrote this world.
Iana will probably never know it, but Ginoford actually covered for her despite having legitimate reason to rat her out to the police. He really trusts her!
Is Konoha's bad vibes a result of her inner Saint powers even if she hadn't unlocked them et?
I love how Iana tries to appeal to the Duchess through empathy and her tragic backstory...but it doesn't work because she's not the Heroine and not pretty enough.
Imagine running around in your underwear and in handcuffs! Iana's most precarious situation yet!

Are we sure about that? Maybe I'm being too influenced by current events, but I gotta wonder where the guards were and if the cameras were malfunctioning... >.> Not to mention that shady guy depetaling flowers on the estate grounds.

No, we're not sure about that, but the official line given is that she committed suicide in prison.
Honestly, I'm not sure what's more likely; teenaged Konoha Satou was pretty messed up so Lady Amaryllis' murder was covered up to look like suicide, or that teenaged Konoha Satou was a simpleton and you can take Lady Amaryllis committing suicide at face value.
I wish we'd gotten more out of Iana playing into her villain reputation. Like last episode, I would have liked for her to have agreed to join Lady Amaryllis (much to what's-his-name's shock), only to immediately betray her as soon as Amaryllis released her.

Yes, I know it's the official line, and they may even believe it, but the third (and to me, most likely) option is that Mr. Die-Live-Die did her in to get the original storyline back on track.

Sol’a run cycle in this episode was endearingly janky.

I'm convinced that the jank in this show is intentional and is representative of Konoha Satou's sub-par creative talents. She was not a talented artist, she was not a talented writer, and this entire world she now finds herself in is reflective of that.
Also, it occurs to me, in a world where magic is an accepted thing, why doesn't Iana just claim to have some form of prescience? It would solve so many of her problems if she did.

I love how OG!Konoha thinks that she came up with a story where elves mixed with vampires because obviously two of the most impossibly handsome fantasy races in fiction needed to be put together.
Will Sol's feelings ever get through to Iana!? He's getting more jealous of Yomi by the episode.

There's a really fun theory on this based on the fact that unlike another Isekai, where the mc's "dark history" is destroyed or ignored by the Japan family ( slime for example) in this one her family learned about it. The theory is that her family also reincarnated here and they are trying to get the plot on track be sue they recognize that Konoha=Konoha and they want her to have her ideal life. This relies of the fact that they are not genre savvy and can't deduce that Konoha = iana because iana is acting off character.
