Surprised that ANN hasn't picked up on this - it's in Google News (anime) & article at http://www.canada.com/reginaleaderpost/news/arts_life/story.html?id=48d81cd5-fc45-400a-9a2a-2cc63deaf0a3

Is there any way to submit stories to ANN & will this be considered an "Anime" & get in the encyclopedia?

Try the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.

Probably not. ANN defines anime as coming directly from Japan. Yours seems to have come from Canada.
