Is volume 22 of 20th CB really the last volume or is there more because on certain manga scanlation website it has a listing for 21st century boys and says its the sequel to 20th CB? Does anyone know if this is true?

21st Century Boys is the sequel to 20th Century Boys, yes.

whoa, you serious? There's a sequel? Do you know more details? I'm currently on vol 22 of 20th CB and god, the series is hands down, the best out there. I would absolutely die of pleasure if there really is a sequel!

The 22nd volume is the last (I believe).

After it ended, Urasawa took a multi-month hiatus and came back with a sequel of sorts, entitled 21st Century Boys. It's a direct followup.
