um yeah i have a satellite channel that has this thing every friday nite called "animidnight" its basically unedited anime wheEe lol anyway the next series they are gonna show is hellsing...is it worth watching?

There's an entirely accurate (IMO) review of the show on ANN's reviews list.
It really isn't that hard to find. Just click "Reveiws" on the left side of your screen and scroll down to the H's. There's a series overview and a review of individual discs. That should give you more information than I or anyone else probably can, or care to. Just for the record, yes, it's a good show. Strays from the manga a snootch, but it's got some classic horror goodness, and oozes style. Syker Seven |

Yeah, i agree, i have the first volume, and i love it, just give it some time, and you shall too. It's really stylish and cool. Alucard is a badass.

Never was a Offical word on season 2 just whats been said on the rumor mill ie a friend of a friend told me that .... if you want more Hellsing get the Manga starts coming out in the States in October/Novemberish Cant remember the exact date thu. |

I'd like to see all the Nazi stuff they skipped over that was in the manga. Here's to a season two!! >.> Course it's been a rather long time since the anime came out so... meh.

From what I've read, the creator wants to wait till the manga is finished before he green lights season 2.

I got the Encore action pak and HBO today. When exactly does hellsing start because my cable only gives programming till thursaday and its not in there. Also has it started already? |

its not on hbo and no it hasn't started yet it starts on friday and its on the action channel (channel 309 for me) with astound cable it starts at midnight and they play 3 episodes every week (they just finished blue seed)

yea, I know, lol. Its on the encore pak, Action is included there, with a bunch of crap I might add... but it's in there. I caught the end of blue seed too. |

What was vile? His phrasing or what he said? If it was his phrasing, then I agree, somewhat more reservedly. However, if it was what he said that you find vile, then I disagree.

I thought as such. But he was right about the dub, it is excellent and it benefits from the use of British accents, which enhance the mood of the series nicely.
