Yes, yes...this will probably soon be moved to the manga forum...anyway. Ragnarok is a Korean Manwha (found here in the ANN encyclopedia.) I enjoy Ragnaork very much. I love the artwork and the storyline. The personalities of the characters are very good, too. Ragnarok is based on Norse mythology concerning the war of the Gods and the end of the world. |

Yes I recommend it. Awesome art and an awesome story make for (you guessed it) an awesome manwha.

As everyone else has said, this is a very good manga. It has a great storyline with a fair level of humor added in. It's also kind of nice that each volume has D&D style character profiles so you can see when someone gets stronger along with a general who's who.
Although, is it just me, or do most of the 4 panel "humor" strips at the back of the books make little sense? Some seem kind of funny, but most seem to just leave me clueless. It's like the creators of Ragnarok were forced to create them on the spot and that's all they could come up with in 5 minutes. |

I don't think they're supposed to make sense. *lol* I think perhaps it's just a way for the creators to "unwind?" They are pretty amusing, though. But, after reading the actual Ragnarok story and then reading the extra 4-panel strips...it's too much of a change in mood for my brain to comprehend. So, I'm usually left thinking, "Umm...okay..."
