Now in Kokoro Library (a very sweet anime) the sisters are born after what looked like a world war, their uniforms are quite old and they drive quite old cars BUT they have computers, mini scanning pens etc. So with all that said I was wondering what is the actual time setting, is there an actual time setting? Or is it just an imaginative mixture of both old and modern?
