couldn't help but laugh at the trailer. seems goofier then i expected not that that's a bad thing.

Anyway I thought this J-drama was really more entertaining than it had any right to be, so I'll be checking out the film as well. Edit: Okay, having watched that trailer I can safely say that every ridiculous, over-the-top element I liked about the drama will be present in the film (including "Haaaaaarohiiiiii!") so I'm totally sold. |

Ugh, I rather dislike the style of goofy, over-the-top special effects used for comedy that many Japanese movies seem to have, and looks like this movie is dripping with them. I'll still give this movie a shot, though. It might be fine since the original Ouran was rather goofy anyway... but I don't know. Anime is one thing, but these kinds of effects in live-action just completely break my suspension of disbelief.
