Plot Summary:
After her father's death, young Amanda spends her days playing with Rudger, an imaginary boy only she can see and hear. However, when the imaginary friend-hunting Mr. Bunting separates the two, Rudger finds himself alone—forced to figure out how to survive in a world without the best friend who created him.
