The death toll mounts and it becomes clear that the standard police cannot deal with these ultra violent, inhumanly strong creatures and 'The Advanced Police' are brought in.
FILE ONE: Voomer Madness - AD Police rookie Leon and his partner Nena are assigned to track down the cause of the latest wave of killing sprees. They soon discover that scrapped and defective Voomers are being illegally reactivated and one of these rouge robots, a beautiful female Voomer has an overpowering memory locked in her mind. The memory of the man who put her on the scrap heap the first time around, she tried to kill him once and now she is out to finish the job she started.
FILE TWO: The Paradise Loop - A vicious murderer stalks Mega Tokyo, preying on the lowlife's who ride the crime-infested old subway known as the Paradise Loop. The victims are all prostitutes, mercilessly disemboweled by the malicious killer. Is it just another rouge Voomer or something new, something twisted, created by the fusion between humans and machinery?
FILE THREE: I Want Medicine - The Government enlist in a new project that could do away with the Police altogether, using the remains of a critically injured officer, Billy Farnwood. They create an experimental Anti-Voomer Cyborg Mecha, Tokyo's very own Robo-cop. Transformed into this invulnerable attack machine, Billy feels trapped in an unfeeling metal shell, his human mind is unable to cope and the feelings of pain and anger will not go away. All that is left for him is a search for new feelings to replace the old - and his search is leading towards a running battle through the corridors of AD Police headquarters itself!
